Britney Spears may be getting some grief from her record label for partying too much with socialite Paris Hilton. Evidently Jive Records is a bit worried because Britney's partying is starting to get in the way of her recording time. Britney was heard saying that after giving birth for the past two years, she's ready to party. Britney and Paris have been spotted together from Miami to LA touching down in many hotspots in-between sometimes with Brit's first born, Sean Preston, in tow. There have even been several occasions where the hot new Hollywood "couple" have had to call in the cops to help them through the photographers. Now, I heard, that Britney and Paris were asked to co-host the Billboard Music Awards; but today I'm getting reports that Britney has declined. Has the honeymoon ended? Has Britney dumped Paris? No one knows yet, but a source at Fox did confirm that Britney and her reps have declined future negotiations and pulled out of the possibility.

Meanwhile, Paris and her on-again-off-again friend, Lindsay Lohan, seem to be "off again." After a weekend of ups and downs, it seems that a nightclub blow-up could have been the icing on the cake for the two pals. According to the gossip website X17online, a source at Los Angeles nightclub Hyde, where they group partied that night, claims Paris told Lindsay: "You're a f**king coked-out whore, don't ever say you're my friend again!" Earlier in the weekend, Lindsay told cameras that Britney hit her and bruised her arm. A few days later, Paris, Lindsay and Britney were seen together; and Lindsay denied the allegations. I guess we'll see when the next party brings them together!
Two TV stars arrested on similar charges
Two popular TV personalities are both in trouble with the law. Tracy Morgan has been picked up on drunk-driving charges for the second time in less than a year, and one of the stars of Growing Up Gotti was arrested on drug charges.

For the second time in less than a year, 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan, has been taken in on drunk-driving charges. The latest run-in with the law happened earlier this week when police pulled him over for driving erratically in Manhattan. Morgan admitted to drinking earlier in the night and blew a 0.10 on the breathalyzer test (the legal limit in NY is 0.0. In his trial later that day, a judge freed Morgan without having to post bail but demanded that he surrender his license. His next court date is set for early January.
Growing Up Gotti star, Frank Agnello, was arrested on drug charges in Long Island. The grandson of the late mob boss, Dapper Don John Gotti, was pulled over for running a stop sign in a rented car. Cops smelled marijuana in the vehicle and found a small amount of weed in the car and "a quantity" of painkillers (morphine and OxyContin) for which he didn't have a prescription. Gotti and his two passengers were taken into custody and booked on criminal possession of marijuana, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance—both misdemeanors that carry a maximum penalty of up to a year in prison. Agnello was also issued a summons for driving without a license, and the SUV was impounded. His attorney says Gotti is innocent, because the drugs in the car were in a 'handbag' that he wasn't carrying. Likely story, huh? Mama Gotti showed up and bailed her son out for 200 bucks.
